Events Screen
The Events screen shows a calendar at the top and a list of all your events below it.
Calendar
- Tap any date to filter the list to events on that day.
- Days that have events are marked with a small dot.
- Tap the highlighted date again (or the ✕ chip) to clear the filter and see all events.
- Navigate months with the left/right arrows.
Event list
Events are sorted: upcoming first (nearest date at top), then past events (most recent first). Each event card shows:
- Title and description
- Start/end date & time
- Location and registration link (if set)
- RSVP count and click count
- Favourite toggle, edit, and delete buttons
Creating an Event
Tap + Add Event (FAB or toolbar button) to open the event creation form.
- Enter a title for your event (required).
- Write a description (required) — this appears on the event page and in the list.
- Pick a start date and time using the date/time pickers.
- Optionally set an end date and time.
- Optionally add a location (venue name or address).
- Optionally add a location URL (e.g. a Google Maps link).
- Optionally add a registration URL (e.g. Eventbrite, a form, etc.). This appears as a button on the event card.
- Optionally link the event to a Profile (a branded landing page).
- Optionally upload a cover image by tapping the upload area.
- Tap Create Event. The event appears in the list and on the calendar.

Edit
Tap the pencil icon on an event card to open the edit form. All fields are pre-populated. Make your changes and tap Save Changes.
Delete
Tap the trash icon on an event card. If Confirm before deleting is enabled in Settings, a dialog asks you to confirm. Deletion is permanent.
Favourite
Tap the star icon to pin an event at the top of the list.
Event Stats & RSVPs
Tap the RSVP count badge or the clicks badge on an event card (or navigate to stats from the edit screen) to view event analytics.

| Total RSVPs | Number of people who registered via the registration URL |
| Daily clicks chart | 20-day bar chart of click activity |
| Last visitors | IP, country, timestamp for recent clicks |
| Geography | Interactive world map of visitor countries |
