Create a branded landing page with your logo, links, social media, and categories — all behind a short URL.

What Is a Profile?

A profile is a customisable public landing page at e.sg/<your-slug>. It works like a link-in-bio page: visitors see your brand, your main links, and your social media handles — all in one place.

Profiles can also appear in the e.sg directory — a public listing of businesses and organisations using e.sg.

Requesting a Profile

Profiles are created via a request process. Tap Request Profile to submit your details — the e.sg team reviews and creates the page for you.

  1. Tap Request Profile (desktop toolbar button, or the + FAB on mobile).
  2. Enter your desired short URL slug (letters, numbers, hyphens only — this becomes e.sg/your-slug).
  3. Enter a title (your company or personal name).
  4. Optionally add a subtitle (tagline).
  5. Optionally add a description.
  6. Choose a background colour from the colour swatches.
  7. Toggle Show in directory on or off.
  8. Tap Send Request. A success dialog confirms your request was submitted.
Email alias: An optional checkbox shows the email alias that will be created alongside your profile (e.g. [email protected]).

Editing Your Profile

Once your profile is live, tap its card in the Profiles screen to open the Edit Profile screen. Changes are saved immediately (links, social, categories) or via a Save Details button (title/subtitle).

Profile Details

Edit the title and subtitle inline, then tap Save to commit.

Appearance

  • Pick a background colour from the swatches — the change previews live.
  • Toggle Show in directory to control public visibility.
  • Tap Upload logo to pick an image from your device. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG.

Main Links

Main links appear as large buttons on your profile page (e.g. "Visit Website", "Read our Blog").

  1. Tap + Add link.
  2. Enter the link text (button label) and the URL.
  3. Tap Add. The link appears immediately — no separate save needed.
  4. Tap the ✕ beside any link to delete it instantly.

Social Links

Social links appear as icon buttons (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  1. Tap + Add social.
  2. Pick the platform from the list (icons shown with FontAwesome).
  3. Enter your profile URL for that platform.
  4. Tap Add. The icon appears immediately.
  5. Tap an existing icon to delete it.

Categories

Categories help visitors find your profile in the e.sg directory.

  1. Tap + Add category.
  2. A searchable bottom sheet opens with all available categories.
  3. Tap a category to assign it instantly.
  4. Tap the ✕ on a category chip to remove it.

Profiles List

The Profiles screen shows all your profiles as cards. Each card displays:

If you have no profiles yet, the screen shows an empty-state message with a Request Profile call-to-action.
